Great Service....Sebenza Gal!!

My call to reinstate my policy was answered by Sibongile who was friendly and explained the reason for the transfer. My call was then transferred to Palesa Kele who was also friendly and professional and was already having my ID number with her which was given by Sibongile...this is what I call Great Customer Service...they are customer orientated.

She was able to reinstate my policy with no struggle and throughout the conversation she was friendly and I did not feel the clock ticking while she was busy with the process. She explained everything and the BEST part I got a good discounted premium.

I hope MIWAY recognize your smartness and reward you for such s****s as most organisation are lacking s****ful individuals.
