I received my policy documents stating that my policy has been reviewed as per annual review and after contacting the customer services the first consultant did a quote but came at higher premium which resulted in me thinking of cancelling the policy. My call was then escalated to Henry who was very professional and even took time to ask me how was my holidays and the family and also managed to reduce my reviewed premium by R200.00<br> <br> thanks Henry for great service and right attitude towards clients.
