I called my way today and requested for a decrease for my premuim beacuse i fellt like the current premium of which I have installed a tracking device in my car. I spoke to a junior consaltant who's name is Zakine and she managed to reduce my premuim be +- R20 and I advised her that i was not expecvting such littel and she transfered me to her senior who's name is Patricia who assited me by decreasing my premuim by +-200 of which I am currently satisfed with the current premuim. thanks Patricia
