My husband had a conversation with Zandile Gumede on their chat option (Very good idea!! and saves a lot of time). He could not change the day time address on his policy (# ********** 9) for his vehicle and asked for help from Zandile. She was very kind and assist him quickly. The address was changed and she advised that the policy Instalment would increase. When he enquired as to why, she asked him to kindly hold on while she sees if she could get him assisted with a discount.
