These two client service agents were really helpful in helping clarify and relieve my concerns about my policy cover. Andrew had such amazing presence on the other side of the line and it was very refreshing speaking to an agent who had the time, respect, and empathy for my story. He then transferred me to Merilyn who was able to answer my questions and assure me that I had nothing to be concerned about.<br> Keep it up, guys!!
