Great service via online chat

<p>I contacted miway via online chat for assistance in removing an expired drivers licence from my profile and replacing it with another one. Was assisted by Seipati Mogorosi and she was so helpful and polite throughout the whole process. I felt like a valued client throughout the session. Thank you Seipati.</p> <p>The only reason I am not scoring them a five is because the chat window forces you to type something every minute or so. Failure to do that will result in the chat being deactivated. This time limit is way too small. At times you ask a question to the agent and before they respond the time elapses and you get disconnected. so you end up by typing when you dont have to just to keep the chat window active. Would be 5 star if the chat deactivation time is increased to something more practical like 5 minutes.</p>
