I always feel that great service should be acknowledged, and I have the pleasure of complimenting Karabo Mokoena for the excellent service that I received. I called Mi Way to complain about my high premium and my intentions of moving to another insurer, but Karabo ensured me that she would fix my problem for me. She patiently went through the policy documentation with me and together we made all the necessary amendments, and she managed to reduce my premium as well as my excess.
