For the time being with MiWay insurance, it was pleasant, although I did not submit any claims, the overall service was very good.

The only reason for leaving is because I opted for a better excess rate. Upon leaving, a senior staff member, Vuyiswa Cele, contacted me and were very friendly and helpful. She understood my reason for leaving and made me feel welcome to join them again any time in the future.
