Great service retentions
Excellent service from TOELETSO in the retentions department. Slashed my premium. I got disconnected and she called me back - didn't have to sit in the queue again. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable service consultant.
(Minus one star to MiWay in general for ever thinking you could charge me that much, though!!!!)
