Great service received via the online chat
Compliments to Busi at Miway who assisted me via Online Chat. My request was swiftly and professionally dealt with. I was not looking forward to having the usual very long telephonic conversations that goes with taking out insurance, so I thought I'll give the online chat a try and Busi was able to assist me immediately without all the hassle! I will definitely make use of the online chat functionality again and will be only too happy if Busi assists me again. Well done Miway and Busi!
