Great Service received from Papa

I called Miway today to discuss the increase of my montly premium. My call was answered by Papa. I am most impressed by Papa's customer service skills, his ability to listen and understand, but more importantly Papa showed empathy. He then referred by matter to his manager and I am so impressed because my premiums have been reduced, through Papa's great service and attitude this means a saving of approximately R1000 per annum on my premiums. I will definitely want to speak to Papa again if my Policy is changed or amended. Great stuff Papa, keep up the good work. You are an asset to Miway and to us customers.
