I called miway on the 24th of July 2018 to update my information and i was referred to Ms Busisiwe Mabizela - Retention Specialist at miway. She assisted me and gave a good premium, however the policy was due for a review on 1st October 2018. She requested that i should send her review notification once received. I did that on 02/09/2018, today 03/09/2018 she called to update my information and managed to beat the previous premium quoted. She has proved herself as an asset to the company that's worth keeping.
