Hi,<br> <br> I just have a compliment to give to Thapelo Masinga, who was the supervisor on the floor when I called in, regarding the increase on my Miway premium. I was not happy with the increase, he assisted me in reducing my premium, although my access was pushed up, my monthly premium was reduced to an affordable amount.<br> <br> This was greatly appreciated.<br> <br> Regards
