Great Service Received

My initial agreement with Mi Way was that the premium will be R2034,34 however when I called to find out about the the amount that was debited on my account. I learnt that my premium will be reviewed to R2199,11. I was not happy with this arrangement because it was never explained to me in the beginning when I was covering the BMW.<br> <br> I later requested to speak to the Thabangs Manager. Following to the discussions they had I am am grateful that Thabang manager assisted me and the premium was reduced back to R2031.38.
