Great service: Policy Cancellation

<p>I cancelled a small policy online (not my main vehicle policy, which I am still very happy with) and got a call from Nadine from Retentions the next day to confirm details. She was friendly, explained everything clearly and offered to be of even more help. I hope to speak to her soon about decreasing my premium :-)</p>
