Great service , please buy more airtime for your phone Lol

I called MiWay the other day, Siphisihle answered, she assisted well. Whilst putting me on hold to verify information the call got cut off. (thought to myself, Miway uses a Pay Phone system, did they ran out off Airtime). Though she tried calling back, I was already on the line with Sphiwe and had already made progress.

Dialled again Miway Call Centre, Sphiwe answered and assisted further, we concluded the call and I am happy with the overall service and how the policy was updated.

I kept wondering while to Sphiwe, why are your phones always disconnecting. Don't you buy enough airtime from the premiums we paying *hides*
