Great Service - MiWay and Tumelo Raneke

I received my Annual increase documents and was extremely unhappy with my new installment which was almost 16% more. I drafted them an email and withing 24 hours aI received a call back. The lady from MiWay transferred me to her supervisor, Tumelo Raneke. He fully understood the reason why I was unhappy and assisted me immediately.
