Neo Makhaza, assisted me in resolving my claim. I initially phoned in but did not get a response. However when I did a follow up on my query, I was very pleasantly surprised to have got a call within and hour to apologies for the delay and that my claim was processed and approved. I understand things get busy and we sometimes miss things sometimes. However it was really great to see Neo take change of this situation and resolve it almost instantaneously. I must add I have had dealings with Mi Way on 2 separate incidents in the last 2 months, and I must compliment the Mi Way team on your efforts to impress your clients - You are definitive achieving this.
