I have had extremely bad experiences with insurance companies in the past but I have to say MiWay Insurance has been an absolute dream to work with. I was insured with Miway for my old vehicle and household contents but when I bought a new car I changed to Mercedes Benz insurance, but kept my household. handbag etc cover with MiWay. However after a few months I decided to give Miway a call to quote me on my car as well just to see. The service I received from Nombuso Mvubu was out of this world. She was friendly and polite, she made extra effort to address all my queries and went the absolute extra mile to reward my loyalty to Miway and get me the best possible deal. She constantly kept me updated on progress via email. Well done Miway!!! Brilliant service and thanks Nombuso for all the help! I felt like i was chatting to an old friend by the time the process was finalised.
