Great service in time of need

My vehicle broke down whilst in a busy area. I recalled that Miway offered roadside assistance as part of their vehicle insurance. I phoned the miway help line and was connected to Lethabo Hlabyago who assisted from start to end including organizing a tow vehicle. She also did a follow-up call to ensure that I was ok and taken care of. I feel that she went beyond the call of duty. Excellence extraordinaire.
