I logged a claim via the MiWay app and the process was straightforward and simple. I also booked an assessment all without having to pick up my phone to speak to a consultant. When they called me back to provide an update on my claim, I was provided with clear next steps and also used the opportunity to speak to a friendly consultant to update my policy details
