I phoned Miway Insurance and was assisted by Tsepo Phakisi from Centurion Cosmodal branch - Good Attitude and great listen s****s and my request was resolved in a very short time

For once I have a Miway consultant that went as far wishing me a safe and splendid weekend. He is very much up to date with economic and environmental challenges and he even said I must be safe in Zimbabwe and Mozambique more especially after the FLOODS. First he ask me wher about am I going just to ensure if it it safe for my family and the car ofcourse

He e-mailed my Cross border letter and all details were correct because he listen to my story and my long trip to three countries.

Well, he apologized for the inconvenience caused since I could not use the APP to download the documents myself due to the policy being under review.
