Great service, great Company

Good day all,

I spoke to Ntokozo coincendentally on my birthday ( a while ago) to see if they can't lower my premium, which she got right ....she managed to lower it by almost 50% off the existing premium....and even sang Happy Bday to me.....a bit weird...but still awesome service!!!

More recently I spoke to Busisiwe regarding the yearly increase being to excessive....she mananged to negotiate a zero yearly increase for 2021 and also negotiated for a slightly lower premium. Awesome service as always.

I have been with Miway +- 7 years, never had a claim though, BUT they did assist me free of charge, when i had a flat tire AND unfortunately my spare tire was also flat, my own stupidity. This was about 3 years ago, they sent a company that was about 80km from where i was at that time....to come and assist me. No charge as that service is an included benefit as a Miway client.
