Great Service from Vuyiswa Cele and Sicelo Ngwenya!!

Viyiswa and Sicelo made my latest call in seamless and smooth. I called in to update my insurance policy with MiWay Inusrance.

Sicelo attended to me in a very courteous and friendly way while also sorting out my first issue quickly. He then transferred me to Viyiswa who was the one to handle my second issue

Viyiswa sorted out my other issue quickly as well and she then went further and looked into how she can lower my monthly premium without affecting my benefits or increasing my excess. She was able to do this as well
