Great service from Vincent Nkosi - The MiWay Consultant who is an absolute champ!

My house was broken into and I had to make a claim and the claim administrator was Vincent Nkosi. He was truly so professional, patient and helpful in putting me at ease during the entire claims process. He explains MiWay's process very clearly and I honestly was glad to have been assisted in this way as a distraught client who was just trying to process having had my property broken into and vandalized. This is really client experience in action. The claim was resolved fairly, and Vincent went out of his way to respond to calls, and relay feedback transparently!. Kudos to you!
