Great service from the Contact Centre

I called MiWay Insurance on 03/12/2018 to update my physical address and received exceptional service from a consultant by the name of Mpho Marutla. Mpho was diligent in explaining and he displayed patience even though the call was long and further prolonged by myself at times when I asked him to repeat or explain clauses. (After the Momentum saga one needs to be thorough in understanding these things). Mpho is clearly knowledgeable on the product and that is important as it inspires confidence in the client about the company they are doing business with. I even got a premium discount! Keep up the excellent service.
