Great service from Thabani and Sifiso

An annual update on my insurance policy was recently done where after I received a revised Coversheet and other important documentation.

I perused the documents in order to fami****ise myself with the contents thereof and to ensure that information contained in it was correct.

I then came to the conclusion that, because I have been a loyal client for almost a decade, and other relevant factors, MiWay can offer me a more affordable monthly premium. Contact was made via e-mail with MiWay in order to raise the issue and to request that my policy be reviewed.

I was contacted by Sifiso, a very friendly consultant who listened attentively to what I had to say. Sifiso then transferred me to Thabani Mnguni, a MiWay rerention specialist/manager who were just as friendly and attentive. The conversation was definitely not on a level of insurer and client, but rather like colleagues or even friends.

Thabani made me aware that MiWay offers so much more than just car insurance and he explained everything in detail. Besides that, he managed to reduce my monthly premium significantly which I'm extremely grateful for.

Both Sifiso and Thabani are valuable "assets" of MiWay and definitely know how to deal with clients in a respectful and considerate manner.
