Great service from Tebogo

Tebogo, a senior representative at MiWay, recently made my day. Initially unhappy with my premiums and excess having increased significantly since joining MiWay, I called and was put through to him. He was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions simply and comprehensively. It was however his friendly demeanor and eagerness to please that turned my frown upside down. He was efficiently able to assist me in reducing my excess and premium leaving a smiling MiWay customer.
