Great service from Refilwe!!!
I got to talk to Refilwe today about reviewing my policy premiums I am paying. I told him my concerns while he patiently listened and understood. He went over the detail of my policy with me before talking to his manager. He came back with a great offer in reducing my premium!! I am very glad I called today to review my premium. He deserves this 5 star rating I am giving him today.
Thank you Refilwe for you being patient and saving me money on my monthly premium
