Great service from Ntokozo Mjokane at Miway

In October, Miway had been incorrectly debiting my account and despite calling in to the call centre and explaining the situation, none of the agents could assist me. It had reached the point where I was going to change insurance companies. Mr Mjokane intervened and his service was excellent: he acknowledged that the company was at fault and he was willing to do everything possible to make resolve the problem (which was more than what the other agents offered!). He was friendly and courteous on the calls and knew what he was talking about
