Great Service from Nokuthula Ntshembeni

I would like to complement MiWay for the way they handled my annual premium review. The service i received from their personnel was of high standards and the lady really assisted me even with terms i thought i understood but did not have full grasp of.

Special mention goes to the service personnel who assisted me by the name of Nokuthula Ntshembeni who gave herself time to understand where i came from as a customer and try her level best to do things MiWay and thereby bringing Ukuthula to my worries.
