Great service from Mpho and Phemelo!

Having being a loyal customer for many years, I was on the verge to cancel my policy with MiWay as things were not going MY way with them.

Thanks to Mpho who in my frustrated state; assured me that things will definitely go my way by the time we end our conversation. He was very patient with me and gave me the best "chill/calm" pill one can ever get and made sure my problem is solved immediately.

As if that was not enough, he handed me over to his supervisor, Phemelo K, who then brightened my day even further and made sure I am all smiles for days to come.
