Great service from miWay Roadside Assistance

I would like to compliment Thato in your Roadside Assistance department.

My car gave me issues whilst I was driving to work earlier this week and I contacted miWay for towing. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of the Thato and he was incredibly helpful from his demeanour of how he speaks to clients, to his efficiency and attention to detail. He explained the roadside benefit process thoroughly and constantly checked if the towing company has arrived as yet - something which gave me peace of mind. Within an hour of contacting miWay Roadside Assistance; my car was already towed away. Thank you so much Thato for such a great service and making clients feel like they are the only ones you are dealing with on the day.
