Great service from Miway manager Thabang Kheswa

After Miway deducted more than my normal Premium I called Miway and was transferred from one person to another until I stumbled to Thabang Kheswa a manager at Miway. He did not only help me resolve the problem but Help me with lowering my high premium, taught me about using their app right and was very patient and sweet while doing it. I was considering leaving the Insurance because of anger and he apologized for the company and left me content with staying with Miway.
