Great Service from Miway Ladies

I called MiWay on the 1st July 2021 in the morning with regards to the annual policy review that showed my premium will significantly be higher.

I spoke to Andile where I explained to her that I am not happy with the premium increase and would like that to be reviewed - She politely obliged and understood my reasons and my plea, and subsequently advised that she will be putting my call through to her supervisor to be able to review.

I then got through to Vuyiswa Cele (Supervisor) and she was so friendly and really understood my point of view and affordability status, she promised that she will definitely discount the premium stated on the annual review, and I was very delighted to hear that.

She then came back to me and advised on the reduced discount and I accepted it immediately as it was just and fair from my point of view - She further advised that I can call and ask for her in a couple of months and she will assist with a further discount from her side.

Big ups to Andile and Vuyiswa and MiWay - Keep up the good work and putting your customers first.
