I called for a review, he patiently walked me through the process, listening to my complaints and he explained each process thoroughly, and finally exceeding my expectations by reducing the premium to an even affordable price. I was encouraged to explore other services offered by Miway, to which I ended up taking "MiMotor Combo" plan, given that I could now afford it. Thank you Maduvha for a great service.
