I write to gratitude for the compassionate way in which I was treated by the staff of MiWay when I lodged an insurance claim May 27 2019.

I had become depressed and dejected after my car had been in an accident, and I could not perform my daily procedures, especially my work routine.

The following functionaries of MiWay: Buhle Mabanga, Reiner De Bruin and Kiarra Bohdie From claims department, Kabelo who is Buhle’s Manager . Vincent from Liabilities department attended me not only with the utmost sympathy, but also expressed concern about my personal woes as I told them how overwhelmed I was.

I am truly thankful and appreciative for the benevolent manner in which the staff of MiWay alleviated distress.
