Great Service from Lehlohonolo Mokgatla

Good day, My name is Farouk Matsaneng. I would like to take this time and opportunity to commend and applaud Lehlohonolo Mokgatla from the MiWay Legal department for a great service delivery. My claim was 3rd party related, and with the stress I had with regards to the claim, I was given efficient and professional service by the employee. My case was handled with care and a lot of heart warming respect. I received constant updates and information on the case, via email and telephonically for reassurance of receipt. I must say that the level of service I've received from Lehlohonolo Mokgatla was very overwhelming and in my books cannot even be equated to a 5 star rating, it was extraordinary and way too excellent; it left me in a position of wanting to become a MiWay client.
