Great service from Gloria

<p>I got a price increase letter from miway,I unfortunately could not afford the new premium. I took a chance even when I thought nothing would come of my call and spoke to Gloria who was more than understanding about my situation. It was refreshing to come across someone who did not make me feel bad and clearly understands the demands of our times. She got me the help I needed which will really help me a lot. Really Really grateful one less thing I have to worry about.</p>
