Great service from consultants.......BUT ****PY System

I have been with Miway for over 9 Years and its the service and attitude of the staff that gives me joy of being associated with my favorite insurer. I today interacted with Thuto and Tumi and they handled my query with the high service standard i expected from Miway. Tumi went into length explaining my policy profile.

*** The bitter sweet moment is when you have good human resource but a rigid system that lets them down, i have another Car which is insured by budget. I have tried several times to bring it home but it was just a waste of my time....

And as a Valued MIWAY client as you like to say i feel hard done when my valuable car isn't insured by my favorite insurer just because the system is giving ridiculous premiums. It might be helpful if there is a way to override the system. I feel like i wont be happy until all my cars are under one roof, even if it might mean leaving MIWAY before our 10th Anniversary.
