I have been waiting for over a week for my car to be taken to the Repair shop. They wanted to first take my car to Rivonia, I requested a place closer to Centurion as that is where I stay. I also requested that the assessor give me a call. I phoned everyday this week to find out what is happening as the claim was stuck. The assessor tried to call me yesterday while I was on the phone with MiWay, I asked them to call me back in 5 minutes as I needed to end the first call. This once again did not happen.

Today I gave MiWay yet another call, I spoke to Joseph. He was amazing and a great help. He was able to look at all of the activity on the system and since the claim had already been approved, assigned the repairer and organized a tow company while I was on the phone. I received the communication immediately and it was very well handled. He was extremely polite. It was really a pleasure speaking to him and he deserves a raise. Thank you for the great service.
