Great service from a super agent

I needed new insurance after a bad experience with my previous insurer. I spoke to MiWay and was told that I need to install a certain tracking device in my vehicle even though I already have a unit in my car. I was unable to install the prescribed unit and explained the reasons to Esther Baard who listened and understood my multitude of dilemmas. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and kept every promise she made to me. She helped me get a good deal and showed care for ensuring that I got a fair deal.
