I would just like to commend Leandre Gerber, in the claims department, for an amazing service delivery. I am so happy that when I asked for the first advisor,to be replaced, it was Leandre that handled my claim.

She is polite, she gives regular feedback, and she makes a client feel like they are her priority, no matter how many cases she is dealing with.
