MiWay Insurance – A Special Thanks to Venish Somaru I am writing this review based on a recent experience I had with MiWay Insurance. While the overall process had its ups and downs, one individual truly stood out and made a significant difference — Venish Somaru from the Complaints Department. When it comes to ownership, customer service, and people skills, Venish went above and beyond. From the moment he got involved, he reassured me that everything would be taken care of — and he followed through on that promise. He kept in touch, consistently followed up, and stayed involved until my claim was fully processed. Venish made sure the claims process went smoothly, and his efforts were truly appreciated. However, I still feel that MiWay could improve how they handle compensation, especially in my rare case — there’s definitely room for growth in that area. That said, Venish turned a negative into a positive. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to resolving my concerns stood out. He understood what it’s like to deal with a frustrated customer and handled the situation with genuine care and patience. In my opinion, Venish Somaru deserves a promotion. He represents the kind of service every customer should receive — and the kind of employee every company should value. He is a true asset to MiWay Insurance.
