I called in to update my information on Friday, and upon doing so, my premium shot up nearly 100%. All the agents I spoke to regarding this issue did not understand the reason for my frustration over this crazy premium. Today I called in to cancel my insurance and was transferred to Anathi, who was the first agent to fully understand my plight, resolve it, and even escalate it to understand the root cause of the increase and to ensure it does not happen again. MiWay needs more agents like her. 5 stars all round! She is the reason I have remained as a client.
