Great Service Excellence

I David Rengasamy logged a claim with Miway Insurance regarding my burst geyser The consultant by the name of Andre Engelbrect assisted me and assured me that he will assign a service provider immediately to come to my premises to acess the extent of damage .The following day the service provider accessed the damage and sent the report to Andre that same afternoon at about 18.45 Andre called me and he said that the claim was authorised. I would like to thank Andre Engelbrect for the prompt service that he assisted me .The service provider completed the installation and before he left my premises he checked that everything was in working order. Thanks once again for a great team effort .I would definaterly recommended Miway Insurance to my fiends and family
