Great service received from Patrick Mbalati on Friday evening. I was really worried & needed to make arrangements for my car to be towed from Midrand to Springs. He assisted me with creating a claim on the system & made sure that all my details were correct. He even explained the whole roadside assistance process, as it was my first time using that option since I joined MiWay in 2014. Called me back on Friday evening to check if I received confirmation messages, then again on Saturday morning to confirm if the tow truck did arrive.
