on the 16 November 2015 I phoned Miway complaining that they have deducted more of what they should deduct and I was not informed, Itumeleng explained that it was the rerate of the policies that is why they deducted more she further explained that she managed to get me a lower premium of what I was supposed to pay and again in the next payment date( December) I will only pay the difference.<br> <br> I further asked her about the claim that I was made last year regarding the accident that I had and she tried to transfer me to legal department but the consultants were busy and she requested a call back.<br> <br> she was verfy helpful.
