Miway did it again - Wow! what a commendable smooth customer service :) -

I had a breakdown this morning 23/10/2019 and called MiWay. A very kind gentleman Mr Ntokozo Sibeko was very friendly and professional, I'm sure if he could he'd have sent coffee even, just to keep comfort while waiting for the tow truck. However, It was quicker for the tow truck to arrive than him making the coffee. The tow truck was allocated within 20 minutes and constantly checking if I was still safe. - Great Service and a Bells deserved :) Thank you Mr Sibeko and Mr Doglous "the tow truck drive"
