I recently had to claim for a damaged device, i logged the claim with Miway and didnt get the satisfactory response that i needed, i escalated this to their complains department via email and got an immediate response and call, i dealt with Lungile Kgatle the entire time from that call, Lungile was professional and the service was excellent, wrapping up my claim in under a week.
